What the membership covers
The monthly membership is a recurring program priced at $199.99 that covers ongoing testosterone replacement therapy management for men. Each visit scheduled under the membership is allotted 30 MINUTES. The fee covers clinician time, treatment review and follow‑up planning; it does not include laboratory testing or third‑party lab charges.
Laboratory testing is not included in the membership fee. Healthway Solutions offers discounted LabCorp testing through HWS and can arrange discounted home‑delivery lab kits and blood‑spot kits sent directly to your home. Choosing separate lab options gives patients flexibility but requires arranging or authorizing tests when clinicians request them.
How treatment is managed
Treatment is managed through regular clinical review of symptoms, medication tolerance and any available laboratory results. During each membership visit clinicians discuss symptom changes and consider adjustments. Because labs are billed separately, clinical decisions will be made using the most recent tests you provide or those ordered via discounted LabCorp or home kits.
The membership supports continuity of care over time: medication adjustments and follow‑up recommendations are made across visits rather than in a single appointment.
